Josep Maria Juli was born in Arenys de Mar, Spain. He studied comics at the JOSO school for two years, but he realized that he expressed himself better in the children’s illustration world. It was then that he decided to study illustration at the Pau Gargallo art school. Since then, he has done work for a variety of publishing houses, toy companies, and advertising agencies all over the world.
